Cross Country 

🏃 Tomas High School Cross Country – Important Information 🏃‍♀️

Any student interested in running Cross Country this year must attend mandatory practice starting July 28 at the Cinco Ranch Lake House in Katy.

Before attending practice, the following must be completed:

✅ RankOne Online Forms: Complete all required forms at RankOne Website
✅ Physical Exam: Must be dated May 1, 2025, or later and submitted to Athletic Trainer Ms. Williams (Available Monday–Thursday, 8:00–10:00 AM)

Note: Students will not be allowed to participate in any practices until both the RankOne forms and physical are completed and submitted.
