Happy Sunday Gators,

Last week was a very exciting one for our Green Track. As many of you saw on the district and campus platforms, the mascot and logo reveals were shared at Tomas High School on Monday, March 17th.

It was the perfect day for our community to go green! We loved seeing district leadership, board members, LCISD principals and departments, community leaders, as well as the Gene Tomas and Ella Banks families join us to celebrate this historic event. 

We are getting closer to our move-in date at Tomas High School and can’t wait to open our doors to our gators. 

Last week, we also hosted our dance team tryouts at Foster High School.  I want to thank Ms. TaShane O’Haver, Mr. Andrew Mireles, and Ms. Brittany Suey for organizing the tryout process and ensuring everything ran smoothly.  I am very proud of all the dancers who gave their best effort on the floor. Results were posted on Friday.
